Someone gave me this cotton cloth around Halloween last year, and I saved it until making it into bookcloth this summer. I decided to use it to create these blank books with hard covers and exposed stitching. Each is loaded with 240 pages of premium eco paper (ready for your blackest pencils and most haunted inks) and sewn together with 100% linen thread from Londonderry. The slightly stiff spine lends each book strength and holds the “hardcover” profile, but the late medieval long stitch sewing means that these books open flat from the start. A set of underlay sheets with two line spacing and graph templates is included.
Edition of five books.
